
Madras at The Raintree, Anna Salai launched a one of its kind 10 – day Chettinadu Food Festival in collaboration with The Bangala, Karaikudi. Chef Pandi and Chef Kasi from the Bangala will be bringing to one and all, unique and authentic set menus throughout the festival. The festival will feature dishes curated using the finest of traditional spices infused with fresh produce and meats to create an unforgettable gastronomical experience.
The Bangala – A heritage stay was built in the year 1910 in the peak of the Chettinad Era. Renowned for its family kitchen wherein authentic recipes have been handed down over the years from generation to generation creating a dining experience one cannot miss. The Bangala was also named as one of the Best Restaurants in India by Conde Nast Traveller in 2018.
