The Chennai Chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), which is the apex body of Real Estate Developers will organize their annual flagship property and real-estate exhibition “FAIRPRO 2020“ from 21st to 23rd February 2019 at the Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam. The property expo will be conducted over a span of three days with 70 developers displaying nearly 350+ residential projects with prices that range from 21 lakhs to 11 Crores and above.
Each project displayed at FAIRPRO 2020 is approved and registered with the TAMILNADU REAL ESTATE REGULATORY AUTHORITY (TNRERA), which ensures ease of buying for homebuyers. The expo will cater to buyers from different segments with lucrative pricing and offerings across different house segments.
Commenting on the same, Mr. W.S Habib, President, CREDAI Chennai said, “It gives me immense joy to host the 13th edition of FAIRPRO 2020, which has been one of the most successful and longest running real-estate exhibition in the country. This year, over 70 developers will showcase more than 350 residential projects. Houses ranging from ₹20 lakh to over 11 Crores of luxury projects will be on offer. As we embrace quite a large number of participants for the 3-day expo, we hope the expo will offer the perfect platform for various customers to buy/ invest in several properties. With this being said, CREDAI has always been closely knitted with the Government and their schemes in order to provide sufficient housing for all and we are fully committed to that cause.”
Further adding to this, Mr. Sivagurunathan, VP & Convenor, CREDAI FAIRPRO 2020 said, “FAIRPRO has always aimed to connect home buyers with real estate developers in order to bring them close to buying their dream homes all under one roof. It will present a great opportunity for the real estate developers to display a wide range of options for the buyers. The expo will also seek active participation of banks for FAIRPRO 2020 such as, SBI, ICICI, HDFC respectively.
