The property was inaugurated by Mr Ram Yadav, CEO-Real Estate Advisory Practice, Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd & Mr Sekar IPS retired Director General of Police, now Director Intelligence-TVS Motor Company. Ocean Drive Villas is an exclusive designer gated community in ECR Chennai. It is a 15 acre development with exclusive villas, international school, club house and 5 star amenities. This project is designed by ZZ Architects Mumbai who are one of leading architect & design house of India.
The organisation also announced their upcoming venture, “The Knowledge India Club” at Panchet near Pune. It’s a 50 acres project amidst valley, mountains and lakes. This will be formally announced at Mumbai on 10th Feb.
