One of the popular Tamil TV Channels `Makkal TV’ is to telecast Shriram Chits’ new 26-episode Game Show ‘Kuralodu Vilayadu’ on Sundays between 10.30 am and 11 am, beginning 4th Nov. 2018 to 28th April 2019.
Produced by Shriram Group, directed by Mr. Thurai Nagarajan of Boon Fun Media and compered by Mr. Vijayan, the programme is to bring viewers the delight and thrill of the Game Show.
Shriram Chits has organized preliminary round of talent hunt themed around Thirukkural in 10 zones: Chennai, Puducherry, Madurai, Nellai, Thiruvarur, Trichy, Kovai, Erode, Salem and Vellore, witnessing participation of 2087 students overall.
The Grand Finale of the competition was conducted recently in Chennai. 30 finalists selected from the said 10 centres contested in the Grand Finale. Three winners (one each in Junior, Senior and Super Senior categories) who excelled in the game were awarded the coveted title `Thirukkural Thilakam’.
