On a pleasant evening of 17th September 2022, the audience at the Vani Mahal(Mini Hall) in T.Nagar, got to witness the Admirable Arangetram of Shri. Murali and Smt.Vasantha’s daughter Kumari. Archana Murali (Disciple of Smt. Divya Naveen Prasad, Director of Thrinethralaya Music and Dance Academy, Chromepet).
The audience was treated to a spell-bound performance, a perfect confluence of grace, talent, and a deep understanding of the traditional dance form. This was clearly a result of mentorship from a guru par excellence, whose artistic creativity was visible throughout the program. The striking aspects of Archana’s recital were her perfect posture, tremendous stamina, strong footwork, evocative facial expressions, and a great stage presence, accompanied by the highly accomplished and fabulous Orchestra.
Archana’s Arangetram was graced in the Chief presence of Dr. Sridhar Narayanan accompanied by Kalaimamani Ervadi S.Rathakrishnan and Chef. Venkatesh bhat as chief guests. Her guru Smt. Divya Naveen Prasad was extremely happy and proud of how far her student had come and honored her with the Arangetram completion certificate and conferred her with a title.
